ARRIVAL
Expect us to arrive within 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, to set up our equipment. Upon our arrival, ensure that your face and lashes are clean and free of makeup.
Please be advised that if we are waiting (outside the premises) for 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be canceled. Additionally, you will forfeit your Booking Fee and will be unable to book an appointment with us in the future.
CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT
A 24-hour prior notice is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment without penalty.
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you have an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us immediately to inquire about the possibility of rescheduling your appointment for a later date. For the safety of both our staff and other clients, we kindly request that you refrain from scheduling an appointment if you are feeling unwell. In cases where it is evident that you are sick, your appointment will be either canceled or rescheduled until you have made a full recovery. Please be aware that a one-time courtesy for last-minute cancellations or rescheduling due to illness or family emergencies is permitted annually. However, after this allowance has been used, our regular cancellation policy will be enforced.
CANCELLATIONS
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 48 hours prior to your appointment, either by text, email, or both. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will forfeit your Booking Fee. However, if you cancel and/or reschedule 24 hours (or more) prior to your appointment, your Booking Fee can be transferred towards your next appointment.
Please be advised that you must provide an valid address within the area we service (Union & Essex County, NJ) before we can accept your appointment. A credit card for all appointments will be required at the time of booking. We require a 25% booking fee that will be deducted from your total service cost upon booking (However this excludes a Removal Service which requires a 100% Booking Fee). Any remaining balance will be accepted as CASH ONLY.
Please be advised all NO CALLS will automatically forfeit your Booking Fee and prohibit you from booking services with us in the future.
OTHER ARTISTS' WORK
If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist they will need to be removed as we do not work over other lash artist work. Our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus, if you are requesting a touch-up from another lash artist, then you agree that your current extensions need to be removed and a new full set will be applied at the appropriate full set price. This will be discussed and fully explained to you prior to any service being performed.
REFUND POLICY
You are paying for the artist's time, product, and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No Refunds will be given for any reason on services, unless we cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
TOUCH-UPS
If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. If a fix can be done to address your concerns and it is determined that the fault lies with the application or product, we will provide a Complimentary 30-minute Express Touch Up. Any concerns addressed after 48 hours from your last appointment, or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, you will be charged at full price for the service. Express Touch Ups are available within 48 hours after your last appointment. After 48 hours we charge $80 for a Regular Touch Up (upon request), ONLY IF you have 80% or more of your lashes remaining. If you have less than 80% of your lashes remaining you will be charged the regular price for a fill or removal and full set, depending on the condition of your lashes.
(Please be advised that Regular Touch Ups are available up to seven days after your last appointment. After seven days you will be charged the regular price for a fill or full set .)
